DAY 1: Fes - Ifrane - Erfoud- Azrou - Midelt - Ziz Valley - Erg Chebbi Dunes (desert)

Our driver will pick up you at 8:30 a.m from your hotel in Fes and start your 2 days Sahara desert tour from Fes to Merzouga. You will have a stop in Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Morocco to enjoy its beauty and to have memorable photos. After that, you will head towards Azrou to see the monkeys in the cedar forest. Continue to Midelt for a lunch meal in a restaurant. In the afternoon, we will cross the pass of TIZI N TALGHAMT to reach Errachidia while admiring the scenery Later on, you will have a stop for a panoramic view of Ziz valley. The drive continues to Erg Chebbi dunes passing by Aoufous and Erfoud a town that is famous for fossils and dates a yearly festival if you want to visit a local fossil craft workshop. After that you will continue to the captivating dunes of Erg Chebbi, these dunes are called also Merzouga Dunes. Arrive at the hotel and get ready for a camel trek for an hour and a half to enjoy the sunset, try the sandboarding if that’s an activity you are interested in, take pictures and enjoy the views… after the sun goes down your camel ride continues to the camp where you will be welcomed with a glass of mint tea, delicious dinner, listen to the Berber drumming music, watch a sky full of bright stars and then spend a night at the desert camp.

DAY 2.  Erg Chebbi Dunes (Merzouga) - Fes

The following day we recommend you to wake up early morning to enjoy the sunrise on the top of the dune in the Sahara Desert close to the camp then have your breakfast and take shower at the camp. After these beautiful moments, you will ride your camel back to the original started location or transfer back by 4WD if you prefer. Later on, you’ll meet your driver and your Fes to Merzouga in 2 days continues the direction to Fes again with stops along the way for panoramic views, photos, free time for lunch…arrival in the afternoon/evening to Fes, drop you off at your hotel/riad and our services end.
